HHS Alumna Zoe Black becomes Published Illustrator
What a treat to see Herron High alum Zoe Black ‘14 become a published illustrator! “Nia’s Questions'' was authored by Zoe’s fellow University of Michigan alumnus, Adelia Davis. The collaboration features a young girl who asks her dad a tough question that the author explains “sets her up for a journey of discovery.”
Zoe recalls her education at Herron High School as one in which she was pushed to dig deeper into whatever she was working on and to experiment with new ideas.
Permanent Location of Herron Preparatory Academy
Herron Classical Schools has signed a purchase agreement for the building at 3100 N. Meridian Street as our permanent site. The building was owned by The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. Renovations will begin soon as we prepare to move into the space for the 2023-24 school year. The location of the building is equidistant to both of our high schools, Herron and Herron-Riverside, which was an important factor in the decision to purchase the building.
